At SnoBite, we strive to provide the highest quality freeze-dried fruit products to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and the stringent quality control measures we adhere to, we have established a no-cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and once the order is in the system, it is immediately moved to the manufacturing and shipping stages.

2. Refunds

We are confident you will love our product and the need for a refund will not arise. In the rare case that you need a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer care team at info@snobite.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request along with the picture of the product in case of any defective or damaged or incorrect product is delivered.
  2. Our team will connect with you to understand the reason for refund, and a full refund will be processed if the refund request is approved.
  3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your Bank.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged or defective item. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product in your communication.
