Freeze-Dried Pineapple Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dates (pitted)
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the dates and almonds until finely chopped.
  2. Add the freeze-dried pineapple, coconut flakes and chia seeds. Blend until the mixture comes together.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

You can try the same with strawberries or even a mix and match to make a mixed fruit energy snack!
