Freeze-Dried Pineapple Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup dates (pitted)
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup freeze-dried pineapple
- 2 tablespoons coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend the dates and almonds until finely chopped.
- Add the freeze-dried pineapple, coconut flakes and chia seeds. Blend until the mixture comes together.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
You can try the same with strawberries or even a mix and match to make a mixed fruit energy snack!
